Welcome to Ajit360view.com. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking a 360° virtual tour or any related service.
1. Services Offered
Ajit360view.com provides 360° virtual tour photography and related services for businesses, including:
- Shooting & creating virtual tours
- Publishing virtual tours on your Google Business Profile (Maps – Street View section)
- Embedding tours on websites or sharing via social media
- Optional portfolio showcasing for marketing purposes
2. Service Area
While we are based in Pune & PCMC, we accept bookings from all over Maharashtra (Mumbai, Nashik, Nagpur, Kolhapur, Aurangabad, Satara, etc.).
Travel charges may apply for locations outside Pune district.
3. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings must be made through our 360° Virtual Tour Booking Page or via official WhatsApp/phone call.
- Once you submit your booking request, we will contact you to confirm the date, location, and other details.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after mutual agreement on the schedule and scope of work.
4. Pricing & Payments
- Prices start from ₹4,999/- and can go up to ₹99,999/- depending on space size, location, and requirements.
- Exact pricing is shared after discussion and is non-negotiable once confirmed.
- 100% Advance payment may be required to secure your booking.
- All payments must be made through approved methods (bank transfer, UPI, etc.).
5. Deliverables
- All virtual tours include publishing on your Google Business Profile’s Street View section (mandatory).
- We also provide the embed code/link if you want to add the tour to your website or share on social media.
- Delivery time is usually 2–4 working days after the shoot, depending on project size.
6. Use of Images & Virtual Tours
- By default, all images and virtual tours shot by Ajit360view.com may be used for our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes unless you opt out in writing before the shoot.
- Once published online, removal requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may involve additional charges.
7. Reshoots & Updates
- If you renovate your space, change your displays, or require updated visuals, we offer re-shoot services.
- Additional charges apply for all re-shoots based on the new scope of work.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
- If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled shoot, any advance payment will be refunded (minus any travel or preparation costs 20% ).
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the shoot date are non-refundable.
- If we are unable to complete the shoot due to technical or weather-related issues, we will reschedule at no extra cost.
9. Limitation of Liability
We take all possible measures to deliver high-quality work. However, Ajit360view.com is not liable for:
- Google’s publishing or display delays
- Third-party platform changes that affect your virtual tour visibility
- Any indirect or consequential losses arising from our services
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra.
